We got same evening service for our rental house which was fantastic. The next morning we received a call from Dave of Rescue Rooter asking if he could arrive at noon to send a camera down the main pipe. We had no idea they could take care of this at no additional charge. Upon finding the problem Dave said he would have a septic pumping company phone us. We are more than pleased with the level of service we got.
