Kirk and Miles fixed a leak under my mobile home within an hour. They were very personable, reasonably priced, and fast. Would come back to them again if I needed to.
I was without water for 24+ hours after sending a guy home the day before who claimed he was a plumber. I then called another company (First Call Plumbing Services) at 8pm on Friday. Was told they would be there in the morning, but flaked when I called, only after they didn't show up. Big Zero for them. I called Tracy at Plumbing by Kirk at 10am on Saturday. Great customer service and attentive to my delema. Within, an hour I had Kirk and his team at my house. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took no time at all to rectify my problem. When the job was done, they cleaned up and took the old stuff away. I was educated about plumbing care and maintenance within my home. I rarely do reviews but I have got to give credit where credit is do. Great job guys!! Great organization!!! Keep up the good work. I hope I don't need your services anytime soon, but if I do I'll be giving you guys a call.
What's the point of me of having me call you when you just told me "our technician is not supposed to tell you things and it is up to your warranty." I think it would be better service to be upfront with people and tell them what they think will and not be covered. So basically, you will come and collect the service fee without actually telling the customer your opinion of it it will be covered. I recommend everyone to ask for another to come before agreeing to this company. What a waste of time from Plumbing by Jerk
Fantastic service, needed ASAP service on a Saturday for shower plumbing and water pressure problems and Kirk was there the moment we called over the phone, for over an hour diagnosing the issues and guiding step by step in successfully resolving the problems, incredible. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt service - no “I can fit you in next week”. This is THE go to plumber, will definitely call next time!
