They rescued us! Our toilet simply came undone....I called four other plumbers and none could come for over a week. Powley said they'd have some one out the next day...I was happily surprised when I got a visit from their crew the same day (they were in the neighborhood). I was very happy. The put covers over shoes when in the house. Worked quickly and professionally. Both workers were courteous and very fun about our dog persisting at wanting the ball tossed. Thank you!!!

I would give these guys a zero if I could. We had this company out to resolve an issue with our geothermal two years ago and they did poor work and had to keep returning day after day because our water wasn't getting warm. Finally we got tired of the run-around and they left us with an astronomical bill and a malfunctioning geothermal system. We put up with it as long as we could. Someone from Powley returned today after we spent the weekend without hot water or heat (in the middle of a winter storm warning and 20-30 degree temperatures) and told us he couldn't do anything and ran out of here as fast as he could. Seriously, if you need something fixed, call Brodmerkle. He was here for less than an hour and had us back in hot water with very little effort.

Great service and very professional

So, I've had an ongoing problem with a leaky bathtub faucet for over two years. I get it fixed it starts leaking again. Powley is the third plumbers I've called. The other two only fixed problem for a few months and again it will start leaking. So, happy and impressed with the plumber that came out today. He fixed it, told me exactly why it kept leaking and replaced the part that was broken instead of just replacing a washer. That's right the first two company's that worked on it didn't replace the part only the washer. Thank you for finally fixing this!!!!

I called and they said a week out I had them put me on the list they said the next week they'd call to tell me when they could come out, they never called so the following week I called them back when I got him on the phone he talks to me like I'm am idiot and then tells me he's too busy to come fix my sink and to call someone else. I called Aspen plumbing and they came out and fixed my sink within the hour. Very unprofessional and just bad customer service on their part. I highly recommend calling Aspen plumbing first.
