I called them on Christmas eve to schedule an appointment later that week for a non-emergency. They were great, returned my call promptly, even on a holiday, and called back when they said they would to schedule a time. They showed up right on time and even wore those little booties so they wouldn't track dirt into the house! They quickly diagnosed that the plumbing issue was actually a rodent issue (because I'm a city girl and can't tell the difference), got me to the right people, and didn't charge me for the visit. But when I DO need a plumber, I'll definitely go with these guys.

They're great, they've been my go to guys for years. Reasonable prices great service.

They put a in a bathtub and failed to level it so the shower doors did not fit and had to call another plumber out to fix their mistake. They only returned half of the money we paid and we ended up paying twice as much overall. Also, they do not call you back in a timely manner.

Resturant i run had a pipe burst under building, two other plumbers didnt "have time" to help. Called shamrock and Pat sent out someone in under an hour. Had me up and running another hour later. Great service, very fair price, happy customer! Highly recomend them! Cheers from the river grill in Merlin

Steve and Kyle were excellent!! Very Reasonably priced and re-configured the plumbing under our sink to work more efficiently for no extra charge. If you don't call them.....You're making a mistake!!
