We were surprised to learn our well was contaminated by e coli, which brought the closing on the sale of our house to a stop. We consulted John at Pure Water who came out right away for a consultation and was able to adjust his schedule and install a UV unit the next day. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended. Price was very fair and we (and the buyers) have every confidence in his expertise and the products he used.

They were innovative in removing the old system and replacing it in a more accessible location. They worked efficiently as a team and the price was fair. I also had them install a reverse osmosis system under my kitchen sink, and my water no longer has sediment and doesn't taste or smell like it did before.
