Rick's Septic Tank Pumping

Super nice guys. I called them to pump my septic tank and they scheduled me for the next day. That day, they called to reschedule because it was pouring rain and they didn't want their truck to tear up my yard. I thought that was very considerate. After the rain stopped they came in the morning and pumped my tank. He was very careful not to run over any of my water or sprinkler covers with his truck, without me even asking. No hassles, no complaints, and they definitely had the best price out of every company I called in Tulsa. Seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend this company to any one of my friends.

Came out on short notice and worker was friendly, but due to oversight, pump ran out of gas during visit. I had to alter my schedule to come back, retrieve gas can and go get gas (about 15 miles round trip)- owner refused to compensate rate or pay for gas. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!

Horrible company!! Do Not Use!!!! Had them replace my tank. They didn't seal the inlet or outlet now every time rains it's fills will rain water. Was given a bs story about an underground spring and promised a new system shortly after all calls went unanswered. So 5500.00 and 3.5 months later I have to hire a actually contractor to fix their shoty work. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy!!!

They were great, came out the same day and were very professional.

He scheduled us three days out and then stood us up, not even calling or answering his phone. He sounded knowledgeable on the phone but is apparently lacking in professionalism and reliability.
