Roto-Rooter Plumbing - Tulsa

I phoned for a non-emergent appointment and was offered same day service. I received a call notifying me of their approach to my home and they arrived promptly. Our serviceman was very polite, knowledgeable, and worked rapidly. He located the source of the problem quickly and had the crawl space pipe repair completed in under an hour. The cost was just 130. I am thrilled with the service I have received today. I have also had a previous experience with Roto Rooter when a lawn mower broke our outdoor faucet and a water geyser ensued. They arrived within an hour and a half. Although the 60 year old plumbing and faucet was a challenge, the serviceman took great care with the aged plumbing and found a way to replace the faucet with hardware he had on board and charged very little for the call. Again the repair was completed in under an hour. I received excellent service in all respects on both calls. Highly recommend!

The two gentlemen who showed up right on time, were pleasant and right on the job. Accomplished the desired result in short order and left me feeling relieved there was no longer a problem to worry about and deal with. If every problem could be solved and quickly and as pleasantly as this one was, it would be wonderful. Good job, guys!!!!

Wonderful, as usual. Very friendly ofc workers, called me on the scheduled day to give me an appropriate time, and called when on their way. We requested Ron, who we've always had, and he never disappoints. He is always friendly and he is extremely knowledgeable, and gets things done in a hurry.

Used them previously and it was suppose to be $99 ended up doubling because the first plumber didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t do the job also dented my guttering on my home. The 2nd plumber told my the first one didn’t know what he was doing. Had to go from under the sink to get the clog and if ever needed it done again to tell them go under the sink. Needed them again so overlooked previous mistake and ended up costing $339 because it was two hour to get the clog out and then extra charge because it was weekend. The advertise a great price but by the time they are done that price is no where near what the advertise. Heads up if you use them the price will probably at least double before they are done.

Jacob arrived in a timely manner which I appreciate so much. He was friendly, polite and professional. It seemed like he was finished in no time and the water in my sunken room began to recede quickly. I’m very pleased with the quick response from your company as I had called a few others first and the quickest they could get out was the next day. I’ll be using your company again for my plumbing needs and recommend that everyone give you a try. Sending me a photo of the technician was a huge plus as well.
