Clear Creek was called for a drainage problem in a rental unit when the washing machine was run. He ran a snake and charges $170. Two weeks later the same problem occurred and he did the same for $180. A week later it happened a 3rd time and we called another service to pump the septic tank, which solved the problem. We tried to negotiate a reduced charge for the 2nd visit and he took me to small claims court. He has the sheriff on speed dial to serve a summons. He is connected in the area and smugly boasts he has never been beat in court, where he takes significant liberties with the truth. He told the judge a septic system operates properly when full. He never even asked if the house was on septic. This guy is a bold faced liar. Avoid Clear Creek at all costs.

I am the owner of Clear Creek plumbing, and gas and just happened across the comment made by J. Labuyu. Not only is he attempting to degrading my character ,but also the judge, who heard both sides of the conflict.I would not attempt to argue in J. labuyu field of employment, yet he thinks he knows more about plumbing than I do. A septic tank is designed to be full to the point of the outlet piping, Several feminine products were removed from the sewer line, and the drains were tested by filling the bathtub, washer, kitchen sinks, lavatory, and a stool flush all released simultaneously. A new blockage is not covered by warranty as we cannot control what is flushed down your renters toilet.Yes I boast of being 8-0 in court and have represented myself against large corporations with attorneys, and disgruntled individuals such as yourself, and am very proud of my ability to know right from wrong. I started with my wife and I, and now have 6 other employees/co-workers, and you do not grow like that in 7 yrs by being a bold faced liar, my satisfaction rate is 99.99675 , you have just fell into the .00325% of people that cannot be satisfied with anything. If I see one more post degrading my character or my companies reputation because you are a sore loser, you will find yourself in court again and you will lose again.
