My experience with this plumber wasn't good. I hired J & M to repair a water leak. Although they repaired it, Jeff caused a second leak by drilling through my lead drain pipe. I was charged $340.00 for fixing the original leak. The second leak, however, was going to cost at least $400.00 or more. He also said I would need to hire a carpenter after he tore the wall out, because he didn't do that kind of work. I really hoped he would repair the damage he caused as a good will gesture, to show he was a man of integrity. He refused, saying he wouldn't work for free. He also made the comment that my house was 100 years old. I don't know what that means, but hoped he wasn't insinuating that it wasn't worth fixing. My brother is taking off work to repair the mess. He's having to tear out a back wall and chisel through the concrete sub floor to get to the pipe. I find it incredibly disappointing that a professional plumber would create such a mess then force me to get someone else to repair it. There's no way I could pay more than I had already paid him. Typically, I wouldn't leave a bad review, but I think anyone who hires Jeff Carr should be aware that he won't repair any mistakes he makes without charge. His fee amounted to $100 - 115. per hour. He was here by himself about three hours and his partner joined him the last 15 minutes. Please check the ratings before you hire anyone. I didn't, but wish I had.

Not sure I will ever use these guys again. They are really nice people but I don't believe they're very honest in pricing. I had a shower faucet replaced and Jeff advised me that the labor would be $115 an hour for 2 plumbers to tackle it faster. He insisted on getting the faucet from Locke Supply. 2 hours later the bill came to $620. I called to check what the cash price of the faucet would be for an ordinary person to come in and purchase it. My cash price what's $140. My invoice says $340 worth of parts. They used less than 2 feet of PEX hose and a few cramps along with a few copper nipples. That cannot add up to $200 worth of parts. Just feel like I got taken advantage of in this situation.

My mother whom lives in Muskogee called out Jeff from J & M to fix a leak in her home. He assured her it was fixed and she paid him, but 2 weeks later still leaking she calls and calls for a week with no return call. Finally gets a call that he has a big job and will not be able to come out. She calls Carl from Carl Spencer plumbing and he crawls under the house and said the leak was obvious and the small tubing from toilet to valve he replaced did nothing. It was coming from the actual valve and under house to water heater and was SPRAYING water out, no way to miss it, but it would take some work to get under there and fix it and obvious JEFF did not want to do this knowing my mother is too old to go under house to see this! She was taken for about $150 and no help. She does not have money to repay a plumber to do the job correctly. If you didn't want to do the job in the first place then save her time and money! Carl did a great job by the way! DO NOT TRUST
