Plumb Smith is extremely flaky as I have attempted to use them on two separate occasions; as I have been desperate for bids. Perhaps someone should take a business etiquette class. I'm curious if he always says hes going to do something and then NOT do it, not a very good work ethic. If your work ethic is no good I take that as your work is no good.

Shows up on time, cleans up after himself, guarantee's his work, 10+ years of experience, Kelley's been able to help me with every plumbing problem that's popped up...I won't use anyone else!!!
