Great job! woke up warm only to find out air conditioning unit not working right. Of course, it was one of the hottest days of the summer. Called Air Solutions thinking I won't see a tech for 2-3 days, but to my surprise, they sent out a tech within 2-3 hours. Bravo. Many thanks to Air Solutions for getting the job done.....
They were able to come out same day to look at my AC unit that wasn't working. Jose was great, very nice and attentive to my concerns. He quickly figured out the problem and was able to get it fixed. I definitely appreciated his hard work on one of the hottest days of the year. Will absolutely use Air Solutions again.
I love that air solutions offers services on Sundays. Keith was very knowledgeable and resolved our issue. He answered any concerns or questions we had. I definitely would recommend him to everyone. Great service overall.
Jose was extremely friendly and helpful. From the first visit trough that second visit. Our fan wasn’t blowing on our AC unit. When he arrived the first evening around 4pm and quickly found the issue. He tried to get the part and get the issue replaced in the same day. Unfortunately due to the part store closing we had to wait until the next morning. Today he arrived promptly after he received the part and had it all fixed and done quickly. He was aware of birthday plans we previously made which made Jose try to work quickly to accommodate us. Something I do not feel he had to do. I love all of the notifications and tracking tools the company provides so that you know their exact arrival time. Communication is key for working people trying to get things done at home while having to work away from home. I am VERY pleased with Air Solutions and Jose’s wonderful customer service. As well as the customer service or the lady that called us to set it all up after we filled out our request for that visit online. We signed up for their monthly plan and look forward to working with this company in that future for or regular maintenance.
Keith H came out yesterday to my home and gave my air conditioner a good cleaning. He was very professional and personable. Yesterday and today are one of the hottest days so far this year. He said it would take a little while for the A/C to catch up and this is true it is not yet back to the way it was but I trust that he did all he could do to get it on it's way. Thank you.
