Terrible service attitude. So I called regarding some plumbing issues, and who ever answered the phone yelled at me. I was outside in a open space so i couldn't hear her very clearly, plus, she has an strong accent. She yelled: come on, I have repeated it 3 times already!! I am busy!! First of all, she really didn't repeat it 3 times. Secondly, she is busy?? with what? yelling at other customers??
Captain Rooter was very prompt and diligent in fixing my sewer drain. Great pricing and very professional. I would recommend Captain Rooter to everyone in, or around, the Stillwater area!
