Charles Wright fixed our plumbing today without a hitch. He was diligent, knowledgeable & cleaned out our internal plumbing throughout the house. It’s never been scraped before. We are thrilled! He was such a nice guy & we thank you for sending him out this time. He got the job done! Bruder’s
So far so good on drain cleaning. Young man came and was happy to answer my questions. Seems to be draining ok now. Will give them another try next time I have a plumbing problem.
Poor customer service, specifically communication by the home office. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago with a plumber I had used previously who now works for Advantage. I specifically requested him because he had done work in my home before. The day of the appointment, they sent someone else. No one bothered to contact me prior to the appointment to let me know the requested plumber would not be available. This company seems to have problems with communication with their customers. This company needs someone who is articulate with excellent customer service skills to handle customer appointments and issues. Better communication would make for happier customers. The plumber they sent did a very good, professional job. The plumber deserves 5 stars for the quality of his work; unfortunately, the personnel in the home office deserve only 1 star for their poor customer service.
VERY PLEASED! They weren’t pushy on buying more product only recommended what was needed. Dale was very informative and took the time to explain EVERY detail on how the heat pump & air handler operates. He explained what needed to happen also changes to be made. Steve was also very informative, he gave me my options and didn’t push me to go with the most expensive. I’d defiantly recommend this company for any of your HVAC & plumbing needs. I’m very pleased with my brand new 2 Stage Lennox system, wouldn’t have done it any different.
I got a new heat and air unit from Advantage and I was very impressed with the time they took in making sure that we got the right one for our house. The installation was done very professional and fast.
