C-It-All Leak Detectors & Plumbing

They don’t stand behind their work. Customer service seems to be lost in most companies these days. This company is no exception. They charged me $500 to change a hydrant which didn’t fix my flooded yard problem. They weren’t interested in trying to make things right. I understand people make mistakes and things get missed. A quality company would try to make things right with the customer however. I didn’t ask for any money back, I paid them to do a job, I just asked for them to come back and do the job I paid for. They had no interest in that.

After being raked over the coals by another local plumbing company we called C-It-All. Top notch customer service from the receptionist to the plumbing technician. The first plumbing company we called wanted to completely replace our gas lines for over $3,000. C -it All made all the repairs we needed without replacing the lines at a fraction of the cost. We were treated like their most valuable customer. They actually care about their customers! Top notch company! I really hope we won't need to use their services any time soon but if we do, we'll call them first!

I used this company in September 2016. I would not use them again. The technician wanted to focus on my sewer pipe as the problem when in fact another company found the leak to be in the bathtub drain. The C-It-All tech charged me $360 and never determined where the actual leak was. I attempted to tell them I was dissatisfied with their service but never heard back from them.
