This company is NOT honest. They tried to charge me additional fees when they had already been paid and still didn't fix the problem. Do not use them!!
Haven't even been serviced yet and I came to write a review. The scheduler was impeccably rude, and expected to inconvenience us in any way possible.
We dropped American Home Shield because they only use Plumb Genius They created more problems than they helped with Thank goodness my husband could fix their mistakes.
American Home Shield needs to contract another plumbing company. Our kitchen sink was backed up and AHS made us use Plumb genius, even though the soonest we could get an appointment was 4 days later. The plumber arrives and within a couple of minutes asks me where the cleanout is located. I tell him that I have no idea what a cleanout is. Very little explanation is given after asking a few times what a cleanout is. Minutes later , he determined that the job cannot be performed because there is no cleanout, and the repairs made would need to be paid by me. He also states that he has no time to complete the repair that same day and would not be out until a week later. This man had very poor communication skills and really never fully explained why he couldn't make the repairs. Also, he parks outside my house for a long time afterwards and I think he is done. He then just enters my house without knocking, which was alarming, asking for a signature. I end up being billed of course for the visit. I call Williams plumbing and they are able to come out the next day and send out a competent plumber who informs me that I do in fact HAVE A CLEANOUT. His mistake cost me quite a bit of money, but I can at least rest assured that my sink was fixed by a skilled plumber. Williams plumbing was absolutely fantastic. Plumb Genius is run by crooks and needs to be dropped by AHS.
Our Water line Insurance Company called Genius and had them come out. A young lady called and told us he would be there between 1:00 and 4:00pm . The plumber text and asked us to verify address before coming over . However did not tell us when he would be there. But when he arrived he found our problem and fixed it quickly . I was happy with his job and professionalism.
