Joshua and Rey came to do our duct work cleaning to 4/26/19. The professionalism and expertise was noticed with great pleasure. Cleaning up afterward was fantastic. They both did a great job. Even when they listened to me talking, they seemed to relate and made our experience pleasurable. As a vet, it is really nice to have another vet like Rey to share stories. It was a pleasure having them in my home. Thank you Joshua and Rey and to Custom Heating & Air as well.????

Awesome company. I’m confident in their entire staff! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Prices are competitive especially for the efficient service you get from their techs! I’ll never use another company!

Their employees are very friendly and courteous. When they tell you they will be there at a certain time they will do their best to be there on time. They are very knowledgeable and leave things clean when they are done. I recommend them very highly.

Not sure how to analyze this company. Employee turnover seems high. Prices are usually higher than everyone else. Quality of work is above average. I feel they are hard to deal with, unless you want to write them a blank check and wait around during a certain time frame for them to come out. They tell you that you need up to several hundred dollar's worth of repairs almost each time they come out. It seems that all HVAC's are getting to be that way.

Custom Services did a great job. They were on time and polite. They made sure everything was done properly and well. Highly recommend them !
