We have used Air Assurance Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. With their help, the existing system when we bought our home lasted us for the 24 years. The new system they put in last year is so much better. We have ALWAYS had fast response in problem times and the nicest people came to our home. They are pleasant, courteous and the most knowledgeable any service we have used. They are the best!
Came highly recommended (their commercials are honest) by my step son who worked for them in the past. Good service, diagnosed problem, had AC unit operating within 30 min of arrival. Temporary use of part that worked, but not exact match to original. No matching parts at shop, so went to Locke supply to find exact match (made in USA, by the way). Meanwhile unit is cooling house while he was gone. Returned, traded parts and a happy (cool) wife is a happy life. THANKS LARGE Air Assurance
I read the reviews before selecting this company because they had very good reviews. My unit went out on a Sunday night and they put me on the schedule for the next day very fast response and I was happy about that. Appointment time the tech arrived 30 mins before time that was great! My unit is over 35 years old and I know that it is time for a new unit but Mark S. was able to fix the problem very quickly in under a hour but advise me of my situation the unit could go out anytime because of the age of the unit. I was so grateful that he could fix the problem for now allowing me a little more time before i need to get a brand new unit. I will most definitely use this company for my replacement because he was honest and upfront on what I need to do and their prices are very reasonable. Great customer service!!! Air Assurance has EXCELLENT customer service. My AC was not working and I put in an emergency call. Cole David the Service Tech returned the call and provided timely, great and knowledgeable service. He was very polite and professional. I would recommend Air Assurance without reservation! My family has been an Air Assurance customer since 2016 and they have always provided five star PLUS service!
Our Tech Cole David was awesome. He fixed our issue fast and was so pleasant to deal with. Very thorough and found an issue that I will need to address before winter with our heater. We will definitely use this company and ask for Cole David again.
