I would highly recommend this company. They did a top notch job and I had been using his Dad for years. Very trustworthy!
We will never use Phoenix Plumbing again. We needed a toilet reset, which was done incorrectly and the toilet now leaks at the base. He did not caulk all the way around the toilet base although he was supposed to. He was later arriving than he claimed to be for the billed time. His helper spilled water down the hallway on our carpet. He did clean it up, but then he included the cleaning time in the time he billed us for as work time. He sat in his truck to figure up our bill and also included that time as work time. We now have to get another plumbing company to fix his mistakes. (Really it is zero stars from us but I had to leave one so this would post.)
Had James out to fix an issue with a back flow. James stayed until 2 AM and dug the hole in the rain to fix the issue. I had XYZ Plumbing out 3 time and they never found the problem. If fact they augured from the toilet to the back flow / clean out and ripped a hole in the pipe and tore the back flow valve off. His overtime hourly rate was lower than XYZ Plumbing regular rate. James did a great job.
Phoenix plumbing are thieves took our money & no call no show for a wk didn't have no problem taken our money but we called today & was told by Mike very rudely that basically hes too busy & we need to call someone else? Like really jerk I've got a child & an elder & we cant get our gas back on for u start a job & take peoples money then run????? Its like wow its becoming more of the American way people ripping people off.. pretty pathetic character Mike. What a real winner!!!!
Was surprised by the bill. Charged for 2 1/2 hours when only here 2. High charges for supplies. Will not use again. Tech took down wrong cc security code so charges were declined. Owner was upset as was I. Their other reviews look good which is why I chose them. Was called a liar for saying tech was only here 2 hours. Get price before using this firm.
