The bad reviewer must be a tough customer and probably a drag to work with. These guys are great. Saved us during a bad shower install and pulled off a near impossible job saving us from tearing it up and starting over. Ruth was great and totally helpful. We'll always use Pipes. Also I never write reviews but thought it necessary this time. Cheers

Vern and Ruth run this family business with incredible charm and integrity. Vern had been in the business for 30 years and makes sure the quality of work is always top notch. You can trust that they will do the job right and make a permanent fix instead of just putting on a band aid that will have more problems a few months or a year down the road.

Vern and Ruth are honest business people. They treat their staff like family. As in many other service industries, you get what you pay for. Our water heater went out, they came to our home in Calavera Hills on time and had a clean install. A few years later, the water heater blew out again. I am glad to say that it was under warranty, they solved the problem, researched the warranty and we are happy customers.
