They showed up almost immediately! The owner was extremely knowledgeable and very personable! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Great job!!!

I'm the customer that Jenifer Bemis claimed fired her because of something Steve said. This is totally untrue. Steve did her and me a favor after her plumber got to busy. He did not say her fixtures were cheap! The only thing he ever said was that there was a very small defect in the sink. He did this to protect himself. He did a very nice job on very short notice and her review was a cheap shot. By-the -way I never fired her, I just decided not to use her in the future for reasons having nothing to due with Independence plumbing

This guy is rude and curses a lot on the job. Then over charges for not doing anything. He has had a lot of bad reviews and complaints removed by google so be very careful with this trickster.

Sent him to clients’ home to do an ‘emergency’ kitchen faucet install. He ended up telling the client I sold them junk fixtures. Now the client has fired ME and he is now on board with them. Total liar. Dishonest.

Steve got to our house within about 25 minutes of being called. We had a burst pipe in our (thankfully) unfinished basement that was quickly creating a large mess. Steve is a bit rough around the edges, be prepared for colorful language (though to be fair I was doing a lot of swearing first) and some extremely direct or potentially unsolicited advice and communication. It's coming from a good place but if you're not ready for it, it'll take you by surprise. That said I never doubted that he wanted to do great work and ensure that we were going to be in good shape. Just a bit of a gruff communication style. Assuming the work holds up we'll be calling them again next time we need something worked on.
