Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland

Our water heater died at 4:30PM on FRIDAY night. I'm thinking the spouse and I will need to rent a motel room over the weekend just to shower. Then I called Mr. Rooter. The dispatcher told me they could have a tech out that night!! Amazing and surprising.Tech that was sent out (Nick W.) was knowledgeable, professional and on time. He told me what needed to be done and then worked diligently to complete the task. Great job, Nick, and I STILL love my shower.Mr. Rooter's dispatchers told me he would be at my home between 7PM and 9PM and that they would let me know when he was on the way. They did just that and he arrived by 8:30PM. Big points for communication something other service company's need to learn. Overall, the price was fair and our experience a superior one. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter next time I need plumbing work done.

I started out calling some smaller companies and wanting 1/2 the money up front is a NO_NO for me. When you ask if their bonded and you would like to see that you will get the run around. Mr. Plumber is bonded they use quality products and they stand by their work. You may pay a few $$ dollars more but their prices are compettitive (for a larger company) and just having the piece of mind is well worth it..

Dave was timely, reasonable, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and all-around fantastic. This job was going to be a DIY until I started finding things far above my skill set all through our house that were affecting our plumbing. It escalated very quickly, I was without proper tools and we were without water. They came out within a couple hours and fixed everything and they did it quickly. Its a huge relief. I absolutely recommend this company.

Dave F and Mike S and their crew have been to my property 4 times in the past 2 years for a reoccurring issue. They've been... absolutely fantastic. My repair and maintenance needs have been costly and frustrating but they've done everything in their power to service my home and my family. I do not have a shadow of a doubt that if it came down to it they'd go to Walmart by some shovels and power Jets and do the jobs needed by hand. That's how how genuine and empathetic they and their company have treated me. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would. I will also say, the reoccurring issue has not been their fault, or at all related to them "not finishing a job." They've done everything I've asked and contracted them to do. I will also say that because of their initiative, business ethic, and good will, the issue will no longer be an issue after this season.

The plumber (Richard) was extremely kind and friendly the entire time, and provided expert advice at each step of the way. He worked with me to get the lowest possible price, and did exemplary work with each job we needed done. I would recommend any friends and family to Mr Rooter due to his fantastic service!
