I couldn't be happier with the service that Joe provided. I was out of town on business when our water heater failed. Josh explained the problem with our old water heater to my wife and then did the same with me while I was between flights. The work was done professionally and Joe made sure that I didn't have any questions before he left. He even called back later in the evening to make sure that there were no problems. He stressed that I could call him 24/7 if we had any problems. Our plumber from now on!
We called so many people to come out and noone answered or returned our calls. We were without water for 6 days, which isn't easy when you have a 5 month old and a teen in your home. We called Joe Tuttles Plumbing Services and although he had someone else on the books, as soon as he was finished with that job, he came out that same day and within hours of us first calling him.
