Inadvertently paid him in full. Completed half the job and never saw him again. Left several messages and voicemails. He even responded to one text and told me he would be there the next day. No show. I would steer away from doing business with him.

They showed up on time, gave great service and were extremely reasonably priced. Have had them twice now at my house and they are great.

I have used this plumbing company since I bought my house six years ago, service WAS great. Something changed at this company. Two days in a row he was a no-show. The first time, I only got a text, 2 and a half hours after my scheduled appointment, just said he got caught up on a job and asked if we could reschedule at my convenience. I texted back that was fine and same time tomorrow? They confirmed that worked. Next day, hour and a half later, no show no contact. Called a new plumber, and will refer new plumber to anyone. Repent business and word of mouth business is important. Nice guy, just bad customer service.

Never came back after paying for first visit to repair. Would never respond to repeated calls and voicemail messages.

I called them up at about 8AM thinking a water line busted. Shane showed up about 9AM and discovered that the water hater actually busted and gave us a great quote on a new one with installation. It was quickly installed only to find that the well pump had a short in the line. He knew what he was talking about and fixed the issue. I would suggest them to anyone.
