A-1 Septic Tank Cleaning

Called them set up an appointment... they never showed. I don’t understand this at all. How are these people even in buisness?

I paid them because they said they had pumped my tank out and now 3 weeks later it’s overflowing so there’s no way it was pumped. Now they won’t answer the phone.

I called on 11/13/18 and left a message asking for a return call in order to schedule pumping my septic tank. No return call. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Will never call them again.

We had them out 2 years ago to replace our septic pump, then it went out last month and they came out, confirmed it was broken, said it was under warranty but now won't return our calls to come replace it.
