They showed up on time, but they brought the wrong pan for their new water heater. After trying to use my old rust pan only to find it would not work they had to leave to get the correct part. When they returned the “new guy” that was in training completely removed the drain plug from the old water heater causing a small flood that got into my walls and carpet. I had to run and get all my towels to control the water. The rest of the install went fine and I was going to let it go until I got the bill. It was hundreds over what I was told it would cost. I would recommend using anyone else.

These guys came out last year after my mobile homes heat tape stopped working causing the main line and some others to freeze up. They came out with several heaters to unfreeze the pipes, put new heat tape on and made sure there was no inside leaks. These guys are amazing. They work hard, fast and very professional. I definitely recommend theese guys for any of you plumping needs !

Alittle expensive but a good job

My best friend has been without heat all season long (she is renting) these guys have been hired by the landlord and have been out three times, and the problem is still not fixed Vectren can't turn the heat on, because their work won't pass the inspection. On top of that, they have been making her wait days and weeks between their visits. Vecten themselves said they have done a shoddy job. I wouldn't trust these guys as far as you could throw them.
