This is an unsolicited letter of praise for prompt and excellent service. Bryan and Joey were faced with an unusual situation that called for creativity and patience regarding issues with a section of our underground drain system. They executed their responsibilities with professionalism, imagination and care. We are sincerely grateful for their dedication to finding the source of the problem and providing a remedy.

Quick response time - lost my AC & with 4 kids needed it back ASAP with it being late July. Talked with a Herrmann Rep and was assured that someone would be out first thing. Tech showed up, reviewed issues and what I've done - walked right to the area he thought problem was/could be and boom; capacitor replaced, & double checked everything else!! I can sleep tonight comfortably-- quick, easy, honest !!! Thank you

I like this company. I call them second time for my AC. They did great job. Technicians was very friendly and he took whole day to fix it. He got wrong part and his Boss brought another part and got fixed. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Very fast professional, courteous and knowledgeable service. I’ve dealt with other residential electricians who have taken a week or longer to come to my house just to give an estimate. And another week or so to come back and actually perform the job. No kidding, Herrmann Services was at my door within an hour of my initial call. I think they had another job get cancelled and I may have benefited from that. I had a small electrical problem that was handled within an hour tops. I then asked for a quote to re-wire an underground wire leading to an outdoor water fountain. They gave me an estimate on the spot and performed that repair during the same visit even though it was not on the initial service order. I got two jobs done within just a few hours of my call when I was expecting it to take a week or more. Very happy with their service and will use again if and when the need arises.

We have used Tony several time and find him to be very knowledgeable and professional. He seems to always have what he needs on his truck and cleans up the work area when finished. Would highly recommend Herrmann Services.
