Roto-Rooter Sandusky Plumber & Drain Services

Have used other Roto-Rooter services and been happy with service even if a little pricier than some independents. This particular branch called several times on a Saturday morning and despite ad that they answer 24 hours only got a voicemail and never got a call back. Ended up calling Valu-rooter and they came right over. So I do not know anything more of this Sandusky location than they did not return my call and greatly undermined my trust in the brand.

Wish I could give more then 5 stars. Earlier this week we had called our pipes froze and burst. This is the second time we had them out here. But for a different reason. Well this last time we had Zak, and well he definitely went above and beyond. I felt terrible for him. There was a mummified animal under our trailer. That definitely didn't stop him from going his job. He even helped us figure out why our water pressure was so terrible in the kitchen. Definitely a company I call first when ever I'm having pluming problems.

I see all these great reviews and that is wonderful. However I can't say the same. I called and made an appointment to have a repair person come out and take a look at the issue I was experiencing. My appointment was made for 10am-12pm. So anywhere between those times a service person was to have shown up. By a little after 12pm no show, so I called the office and was told I was next on the list - I say "ok thank you, that's fine" and hang up. By 12:45pm still no show. So I called several times, all the way up until 1:50pm. And I got no answer any of those times calling the office, and so finally the last call I made, I left a message asking them to please give me a call back to alert me of what was going on. No one called until this morning at 7:52am and at that time I was sleep, so they left a message and told me that the service person had not been able to get to me YESTERDAY - and wanted to know if I still wanted an appointment! If there was a problem yesterday, where they could not make it to my home, the least that could have been done was to have called and alerted me of that, am I not correct? That would have been the professional thing to do, because my time is just as precious, and my money is just as good as anyone else's. So, no thank you I would not like to keep my appointment.

I had a great experience with this company, have twice before in a different home as well. Zak Santoro was very helpful, went above and beyond for me. I'll be using your services for all my new home plumbing/piping repairs!

Zak came to my house at one o'clock he was so good he got the drain unclogged and gave me so pointers about the dryer this is the plus he cleaned up his mess it was cleaner when he left
