Furnace went out one evening. The after hours chat option was phenomenal. I was able to start a service request at 2AM, with a prompt call from the team after start of business. It only took a couple hours to get a service technician to the house. Nate was courteous and thorough, and explained all my options. Ended up having them install a furnace, Which they were able to do on a Saturday, right before temperatures dropped. Matt and Nate did a great job. They were courteous, professional as efficient. I would highly recommend both of these gentlemen and Paramount for service!
Their team does a great job of listening to your needs and making sure you are getting what you need. The installation team was quick, clean and helpful. I would recommend anyone give them a try!
We had a great experience with our technician, Nate. We were not able to fix the issue with our furnace, but only because the unit does not fit our homes needs, not because of anything Nate could or could not do. Nate was very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions about the unit, our expectations for the visit, and how we decided on Paramount for our service. We have had multiple companies look at our unit and Nate was the first one to notice that our system is extremely inefficient and gave us options for what would work for us to get a new unit. Thank you, Nate!
Fred was right on time and he called when he was 15 minutes out so I was prepared. He was polite and knowledgeable, put up with my "insignificant other" and his questions. He took care to not track in snow or dirt, and he didn't mind my silly cat sitting there and staring at him. I'm a relatively new customer, but so far I'm happy to have chosen Paramount.
Issues with furnace during coldest day this winter. They scheduled and sent a tech the same day. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved. During the inspection maintenance issues were found and brought to our attention. Options to resolve the issues were quoted in multiple "packages" for us to choose from. Good experience.
