Sooooo, they stole from my sister. She had copper pipes that needed replaced and the guy flat out took them EVEN though she'd told him she wanted them. And when she called them their secretary harrassed her. To the point, where she's having a lawyer take legal action. Maybe they've got better. They had a guy who was great, but they replaced him with the other one. Be very careful about hiring them.

Terrible. I called for an ESTIMATE roughly 4 months ago. Was told the estimator was out sick a week later when i asked if they had time to give me a quote. 3 months pass i am receiving phone calls and letters stating them i owe them money for service completed. NO SERVICE WAS EVER COMPLETED they continue to say that there has been service completed. lawyers will be on there way to this one. what a waste.
