The technicians that serviced my house were EXCELLENT. The extent of my problem was much worse than they originally diagnosed, and after 6.5 hours and an additional technician/equipment, problem solved! They stayed until the issue was resolved and they had great attitudes & customer service throughout. I appreciate great service and theirs was second to none. I will keep coming back to roto rooter as often as I have issues, without a doubt!
This is Ms. Griffin using her sister's account to comment. The gentlemen that came by today were very knowledgeable and efficient. I explained the situation to them and they took a few minutes to explain the procedure and cost. I agreed to proceed. It took very little time to fix the problem and they were on their way in no time at all. They were going to give neat and clean and left no mess behind. I would certainly recommend your company in general and those two team members in particular to anyone needing a plumber.
We had a crack in our drain from the kitchen sink. Our technician, Mike Phillips came out and found the problem, gave us our options for fixing it and possible costs, and once we decided what we wanted to do; he came back out with another tech and they fixed it in about three hours. They were both very professional, personable, and did a great job! Thank you Mike Phillips and Roto Rooter!
The first guy that came out totally messed up everything he touched. It's a long story and he was here for 13 hours. I finally had to tell him he needed to leave at midnight, with the job incomplete. The guy they sent out next reworked the entire job in an hour and a half and he was awesome! IF I call them ever again, I will request the second guy. Needless to say that the first guy was demoted to doing drains only. I know that everyone has bad days, but he never bothered to call anyone for help and he walked out of my house twice claiming it was fixed and I had to go knock on the van window to tell him it was still leaking when I checked it. TRULY RIDICULOUS!! Just bite the bullet and call for help!
