North Shore Cesspool Cleaning

I have had nothing but excellent service from North Shore Cesspool. I find them easy to work with, professional, with very fair pricing. I highly recommend them. "Sean" leads the crew that helped us.

I found this company to be unreliable, having cancelled two scheduled appointments. They were unprepared and had to return another day with additional equipment. They were unskilled and had to redo the project because the cover was set too high for adequate drainage. Although it was admittedly their fault, it appears that they double charged me for doing the job twice. I repeatedly requested a price and it was not given to me until the job was done for the second time. I spent hours preparing the site to make it as easy for them as possible, did everything they requested, and they totally ripped me off. I would never recomend this company.
