Got over my skis disassembling my outside AC unit to clean it. Worked with Frank and he went above and beyond. Excellent technician, communicator, and all around great guy! Highly recommend!

I have used Maccarone for issues from clogged toilets to heater/hot water and AC, spending in excess of $10,000 over course of 8 years. they have many guys, some better than others. most are nice and fairly knowldgeable. biggest issue I have is lack of continuity for issues that require multiple visits or long-term maintenance, etc. different guy comes each time. they are also all business and charge way too much. I switched to Home Serve and even though level of proficiency was lower, satisfaction was higher due to much lower cost.

Maccarone fixed several plumbing problems in the past: sprinkler leak, replacement of valves, replacement of faulty sink faucet, water filter and soap dispenser In each instance with different technicians they were able to quickly and efficiently correct the problems Response and quality of work was super!! Will continue to use the firm for all my plumbing needs Absolutely recommend Maccarone for any plumbing problems in the future

If I could give negative stars, I would. The guy came in, started looking at the pipe, and decided to pump water pressure to treat clogged pipes. Long story short, not only it did not work, but because of the method he used, the pipes burst in the basement (and the basement got at least an inch of water). Instead of helping get the water out, he just kept on going in and out of the flooded basement like nothing happened while I was rushing with the towels. At the end, after multiple attempts and multiple times I asked to him to do so, he decided to use to snake to clear the pipes. To make me feel better, he said he would not charge me for the overtime he worked/destroyed my basement. Two days later I called the office and explained the situation, they first offered me $100 discount!!! They also mentioned that the methods used were acceptable but not the best thing to do in these cases...so my question is ‘why would someone come into anyone’s house to do a job, and do something that is not the best thing to do?’ When I told them I am not paying, they finally offered for someone to come back and inspect. When the ops supervisor came in, he said they had instructed everyone not to use the pressure thing anymore. The supervisor said they would not charge and will come back to clean and fix the damage. A week later, the charge mysteriously appeared on my statement, I contacted the supervisor I had spoken to, he replied back he would look into it, and since then not a word from them. I tried calling, texting. Nothing! The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend them, never! Unless you want to spend money fixing your house afterwards.
