My mother needed work done on furnace. After working with several other plumbing places she called Evan's plumbing. Within 2 hours there was an employee st the house getting the work done. The work done was very professional and both the person answering the phone and the repair person doing work were both professionals. Will use them in the future. Thank you
We had excellent service from Evan's Plumbing & Heating. They fixed our air conditioning system, bathroom faucet and plumbing leak in a timely manner, and were very pleasant to talk with!
It is hard to take your company seriously. 1. a yahoo email account used as a business account....OK maybe but not really. More importantly a one sentence (not even a complete sentence) estimate indicating very little information. Owner came out after first guy and told us the first guy was wrong and needed to look himself. OK but no tools, no diagnostic, hmm. Lady on phone getting information by someone (the owner I think) whispering information during our follow up.
Discriminated.. Called to get estimate and overheard boss talking to employee "they can't afford it, just go and look at it, then just leave" they never gave a call back for the estimated price. Horrible service. Will never call for anything again. Felt offended
