So we had up an appointment A week prior for a Friday on the day of our appointment they called us an hour 1/2 after our schedule time to tell us that they cannot make it to our appointment we advise them that our next available day off was Monday but they notified us that day were booked up which we thought they were booked up with us on Friday but turns out they can cancel are appointment and not make time for us evident fit their schedule I would definitely Give them a 0 star for 0 customer service if I was able to. They were kind enough to tell us that they could come later in the day if we wanted to pay double for after hours rate.
No call no show! I had an appointment I scheduled a week in advance, after having some prior work which I was happy with. The receptionist called to confirm that was coming the next day between 8:30-9am he didn'tshow up called around so waited until 11:30am to call receptionist said was busy and will be there in afternoon, curdesy call would have been nice then didn't show up in the afternoon not very professinal!

These guys are great! Especially the owner... They installed a new furnace for me about 3 years ago and it's been awesome, their pricing is super reasonable and their customer service is outstanding... Highly recommend!
They charged me $150, for work that took them 15 minutes, to unclog a sink drain in my basement which they then claimed was fixed. The next morning it was completely plugged again so they then said that they thought the sewer line that runs to a dry well or septic in back of the house might be frozen. Everything else in my house runs into a different city sewer line on the opposite side of the basement. They came back and looked at it to give me an estimate on what it would cost to run the sink drain to the city sewer line, and said the owner would call me with the estimate. I called them everyday for a week and a half and they said the owner would definitely call me . But the owner never did return my call with an estimate. I then called a different plumber but I am still out the $150 that I paid Action Plumbing for work that didn't fix anything. I will never call them again!
