The service we receive from Mike & his company you never hear about. We own a busy restaurant & he understands when the drains are clogged we can’t operate. Him & his crew leave weekend events with there families to accommodate us. The most amazing part is they don’t look to retire on our job. They are extremely reasonable & never charge us a weekend or emergency rate. Absolutely highly recommend this company I wish there were more stars to give!!????

John Becker is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. He came on short notice in a heat wave when no one else was available. Very pleased with the work in charging my ductless ac (Mitsubishi Mr. Slim) and fixing a small leak. Will definitely use him again.

Mike is great. I discovered a leak under our kitchen sink on Sunday morning. I found Mike through an internet search and called based on his glowing reviews. I'm glad I did. He was at our house in 2 hours. He even gave me a heads up when he was on the way. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the leak. Great communication. Reasonable price. Good guy. I would highly recommend him.

Well, if your boiler decides to quit at 8:00 pm on a 23-degree night, 24-Hour Plumbing is the company to call! I was super-glad that my nervous call was answered by a professional and not a machine or a call center, and I was grateful to find out that someone would be to my home in a little over an hour. At the promised time, John arrived to diagnose our problem. Firstly, what a friendly plumber! I am always leery of new service professionals -- especially those who work after hours and typically charge exorbitant fees. I certainly didn't feel this way with John. He was kind, knowledgeable and honest. Most importantly, he was able to quickly and efficiently fix our problem without draining our bank account! Fees are definitely fair and competitive, and work was completed well. I've already saved 24's number in my phone and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again. Great, A+ service! I couldn't be more pleased. Update! This boiler will be the death of us, for sure. Once again we needed to call 24-Hour @ 2:30 am on Tuesday because water was pouring from its side. Michael was on site in about 20 minutes to patch the problem until a reasonable hour of the morning. He returned at the promised hour once the sun was up and completed the fix quickly and at a fair price. Michael is unbelievably friendly and is willing to go the extra mile to explain plumbing issues with clients who are willing to learn. I trust his team implicitly and urge prospective patrons to be leery of any poor reviews regarding this company's work. If you see a negative review against 24-Hour, it is most certainly because the client was difficult, too expectant, or just plain unreasonable. No one does a better plumbing job than these guys. Again, a year later, great, A+ service!
