David Marlowe Plumbing

While I live in California, a pipe burst in my rental home in New York. Dave Marlowe Plumbing was recommended by my realtor. Since I couldn't be in New York, I needed to trust Dave after a short telephone conversation. Thankfully, Dave didn't let me down. Not only was he able to do the work needed quickly and for a fair price, he even met the water company at my home. He went above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend them.

Asked the man to come and give me an estimate for two direct replacement bathrooms and two new Basic kitchens, to start he had a very hard time reading the plans, then quoted me $50,000 for a job that will never cost more than $12-$15K. I am a builder, and I explained that to him.. he started to talk bad to me..?? Very bad attitude and judge's clients with the way they look and what they drive..very sad to be in his age and practice this way.

Dave Marlow has done numerous jobs for me from installing new baseboard to boiler inspection / repair. He is honest , reliable , reasonable and has always done a great job. I have already recommended him to others and happy to give him the highest recommendation on google.

Called him to repair a leaking toilet valve. He came and told me I was wrong and that it was the water hose from the valve to the tank that was leaking. Replaced the hose in about three minutes and charged me $178. The valve is still leaking. I would most strongly suggest avoiding this "master" plumber!
