We were recommended this company by others when our furnace stopped working, after their first visit it was determined that a part needed to be ordered and second trip needed to be made, which was fine. However, The lack of communication and disrespect shown by the staff answering the phone was completely unacceptable. My wife and I were both talked to like WE did something wrong and that we were bothering them by calling. I was never called when the part came in, and I was never called when they were on their way back out to service us the second time a week later. I have a 9 month old baby and am not always home 24/7. The only communication made between us was when WE called THEM. In the end, our furnace was fixed, but I am left feeling frustrated and disappointed. All we needed was help when our heat stopped working, we will not be using this company again. UPDATE: Our furnace stopped working AGAIN almost immediately, when we called to have them return THEY chose not to help us and to refund our money instead. What a joke, this place just went from bad to worse.

Billington is still in business, they just moved to South Glens Falls! We have had them service all of our commercial and residential properties for years. Great service! Thank you!
