I was very satisfied with the service. My furnace wasn't working correctly, leaving our house at a chilly 50 degrees while it was 9 degrees outside. I called at 6 pm and reached an answering service. I was responded to within 10 minutes. By 7 pm, a service person was at my door. By 7:30 pm, my furnace had a replaced ignition and was operating the way it was supposed to. Problem solved, warm house again. Price was comparable to other quotes in the area, & it was after regular hours. Service person was courteous & professional. A better ending than I expected.

Both Eric and Rick of Wetherby's Plumbing and Heating did an outstanding job when I called them to my home to replace a broken toilet valve. Both Eric and Rick work perfectly as a team and they know exactly how to resolve plumbing issues as they arise. While they were working on the issue they originally came to repair, another big problem came to light as the heat had been left too low while we were away and ice had formed underneath the kitchen sink drain and in the toilet bowl. When the water was turned back on it leaked downstairs. Eric and Rick identified the problem and resolved the issue in no time using special tools they had available and supplies in the truck. I don't know what I would have done were they not on the scene when the frozen pipe leak occurred. These guys are professional, personable and do a wonderful job. Not to mention the price was reasonable. Very happy! Thank you guys. Mike

DO NOT use this company if you want your service work or anything else completed is a timely manner. I started calling back in September or October for my yearly service. NO return call I had to call several more times before they contacted me. Then they canceled and rescheduled the appointment for November 16, 2018 and I told the service worker that the unit need to have the antifreeze checked the service worker did not have any equipment to check it and said he would be back NOT! Now my unit kept kicking off quite a few times and we had to reset it. I called several more time and waited again. It went out on December 11, 2018 at 11:30pm and we called and we waited till the next morning before receiving a call. They did come out on the 12th to see what was causing the problem and it was the fan and they replaced. I reminded them about the antifreeze again and they did tested it and told me it was very low and if I would get the antifreeze (to save me money) they would come and put it in. NOT! because I told our fuel company of all the trouble we were having and HERB said they won't do the work for me. I found out this on January 19, 2019. Thanks Herb
