had my hot water tank go. Jeff spent so much time trying everything to get it working before we knew it had to be replaced. Adam came today and installed a new tank. I can not say enough about these guys and Swanson and how great they are. Adam even braved my bilco doorway and the spiderwebs to take the old tank out so they house did not get messed up. Wonderful guy and great service. I had hot water again early this morning. Thank you for great service and great employees. And thank you Jeff for trying so much to not have to replace the tank. I appreciate all the effort you put in. I have used them for years and will never go anywhere else.

If you need a plumber do yourself a favor and call JR Swanson Plumbing. I cannot say enough good things about this company, especially Bob. He was fantastic to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to me and patiently answered all of my questions. I was given a reasonable quote on a big job and my total was true to the initial quote. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and did a good job cleaning up afterward. Thank you JR Swanson!

Carl and Joe came out early in the morning when I had a gas leak the night before. They both were able to find the leaks and repair them in a timely manner. I have a young puppy in the house and they were so kind to her and made sure they did not let her downstairs or outside while they were bringing in their tools. Would highly recommend this plumbing company for repairs and would highly highly recommend Carl and Joe for your technicians.

Amazing! They put drain tile in my backyard. Great communication, fast and neat service and fair price!! Would highly recommend!!!

Kudos to JR Swanson Plumbing. I called yesterday afternoon at 4:15 p.m. and Nick was at my house at 8 a.m. today with everything he needed to accomplish not only the original 2 things I asked for, but also the third issue that needed fixed that I remembered after I'd called. He had it all done in a half hour with excellence. Easy peasy! This great customer service started from the time I called the office to the time that Nick called to say he was coming to the time he left (and everywhere in between). I highly recommend them!
