You can never find anyone to help you. I needed a window put on my cart, the only person anywhere was someone who worked in shipping only and he graciously helped me even though he wasn't supposed to. I looked for 20 min before I asked him. They need to install buzzers in dept. that call assoc. when u need help. I have major back problems and it is hard to walk the whole store to find an assoc. to have them call someone back to Windows.
