Pro-Services Heating and Cooling are amazing. I had mini splits installed last week. Andrew’s responsiveness and communication was great. They were pricing was fair compared to the competitors. As far as installation they were nothing short of being perfect. The installer Chris has been installing for over 10 years and really did a terrific job. We had 5 separate units installed and it was completed in 2 and a half days. I couldn’t be more pleased. I went with them because they were local and the Mitsubishi product that they offered seemed to be the best per the reviews. They are also an authorized installer for them. I am very happy and would totally recommend them to others.

Pro Services Heating and Plumbing just completed a dual job for us: installing a Mitsubishi mini split ductless system and a Navien CH180 Combi boiler. They did an exceptional job. My wife and I could not be more pleased. Their installers were courteous, pleasant and did a marvelous job explaining both systems to us. Pro Services was very price-competitive and responsive. Andrew Brinkman made sure we received every rebate and credit available, including from MItsubishi, NYSERTA and Central Hudson Electric. We could not be more pleased.

We just finished remodeling our bathrooms and repainted the interior of our house in anticipation of putting it on the market next week. The last step was installing a new sink in the upstairs bathroom, which we had Pro Services do. Within a few hours of the installation, water was flooding into our downstairs bathroom and basement, coming out through the newly installed light fixtures in the ceiling. We are probably going to have to replace the freshly installed drywall, tile, and light fixtures and repaint the bathroom. So much for putting it on the market next week.

I am a retired Civil Service plumber from the New York City Housing Authority and I have used Pro Services for the past 10 years and I am completely satisfied with all the work they have done for me. This includes a complete heating system with a boiler and new piping and radiators.They have also changed my well pump, kitchen sink, and dishwasher.The prices are very reasonable and the service technicians were very neat , polite, and competent.
