Very disappointed. How did this company get all these good reviews. I ran my own electrical company for more than 25 years. Not once did I ever ask for COD before I left the job. The lady in the office told me that they repaired in wall toilets, and that they took COD after the job was completed. I mentioned that my bank issues my checks, would that work. She apparently checked with accounting, and told me that because I didn’t have history with them, she couldn’t help me. I’ve never not paid a bill in my life. I told her I would pay by credit card. She then said, she would ask if someone could repair my toilet ? Her reply was, no one new how to fix in wall toilets. ?? I wouldn’t normally give reviews, but I just didn’t feel good after that conversation. I felt like I wasn’t trusted to pay a bill.

David Bishop was on time, professional, and unbelievably thorough. He checked so much more than I expected and went the extra mile to explain what he was doing, and why. I am extremely grateful to be in such good hands with Ongaro Plumbing. Based on both my past and current experience, I am happy to give them the highest recommendation possible. I trust them completely.

Justin called before he arrived, this and the email sent before he came was surprising and reassuring. I recognized Justin from the photo in the email. He was pleasant and well versed in his skills as an AC tech. The problem we had with our AC unit was resolved quickly and he had the replacement parts with him on the truck. He gave realistic advice and described how Ongaro & Son approach a heating and cooling system upgrade that will be very helpful to me as the property manager to explain to the owner . I will call Ongaro & Son before I call anyone else. Their customer service is great and this was a fantastic experience.

Met with Alex who knows the business. We are putting in radiant heating and he was informative and thorough. No high pressure. He gave a ballpark cost and then said “do you to go forward with a final quote or not? Up to you.” I appreciate that type business. I know the company is a higher end company but to me quality and trust worthy is as important as cost.

Been with Ongaro since we bought our home. One of the best decisions we’ve made. They are amazing. Dean Ongaro is amazing. They actually care And will make sure that everything is perfect and the way it should be. Could not be happier. They are trustworthy and honest people.
