Very professional and completely responsive even on weekends. I chatted late on a Saturday with Kylie(?), got a call on Sunday am and Doug was there by 10am. Your communication channels (email, text, phone) are excellent. Payment is easy on your tablet (get a swipe attachment for them though) and the follow up is terrific.

Mr. Rooter was great when I had a suspected gas leak. When they had another technical come available sooner then the original time given they sent one. Aldo Ruiz was so nice. He was very respectful of My floors by using his shoe covers every time he came in my house. I also had great experience with the receptionist/scheduler/dispatcher Michelle (I hope I got her name right, I apologize if I didn't). If I have need of a plumber again I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr Rooter again in the future.

I couldn’t be any happier with the service. Jonatan and Christian came out on a Saturday, when we had a gas leak. Unfortunately we needed to have all our gas pipes replaced. Jonatan was great, he talked me through everything and a crew of guys came Monday and got everything fixed. Everyone was polite, had great communication, was efficient, professional, and cleaned up when the job was complete. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I will be doing business with this company in the future! ????????????

I found Mr. Rooter from their google reviews, I always check on a company before I hire them these days because we can. Same day appointment the day after christmas, kept all of their obligations on time , our tech was very professional, very friendly and very knowledgeable about my whole homes plumbing system. 30 day guarantee and no consultation cost. Got a call from them this morning stating they'd have someone out by 1:00. Called them at almost 3:00 wondering where they were and was told they didn't have anything for me on the schedule. Thanks for the wasted day... Hopefully I have better luck with Roto-Rooter tomorrow.
