Plumbing Today Inc.

They are a scam. They gave a reasonable estimate, wanted 1/2 upfront for materials, but then never scheduled the work. I called them several times, even showed up at their "office" (a personal residence, with a chained-off asphalt drive running behind the house with a fleet of vans painted "Plumbing Today"), where they claimed that this was not the business (see my comment about the fleet of vans!). Currently suing them for the return of our deposit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

They talk a good game to get the business but don't deliver ... a total ripoff. Overcharge, not responsive, extremely slow. Two months after doing very simple perc test on my property at exorbitant price they have not delivered the promised and required engineers report or Town License to install a septic system.

Really sad to say these guys scammed my grandmother. They charged her $350 to fix her water heater... then it sprung a leak a few days later. They then said she needed a new water heater to fix the problem. They did not give her any rebate on this installation & charged her near $2,500 to replace it. My grandmother had just moved into this house and didn't understand the costs of repair. The story does not end... before I knew any of the above, she had called for service recently because she thought more pipes were leaking in her basement - it turned out to be condensation. So you know what these scammers charged her? $208! Just for showing up. Do NOT give these guys business. Complelely unethical.

Very friendly and helpful technicians. They take time to listen to my interpretation of an issue. The office staff is great too and they will follow up with a phone call to see how it went! Fair prices and punctual!

We have done business with Plumbing Today 3 times and highly recommend them. There isn't any one else I would call.. They are very responsible....... In short great people to do business with!
