Keith was terrific. We called RR after unsuccessfully troubleshooting a backyard drainage issue on our own. Keith quickly diagnosed the issue, procured the right equipment and made sure he did the job completely. We were very please with our service.
We had to have a chunk of pipe removed. Keith came by and got everything done. Keith dug the hole, removed the pipe, installed the new pipe, and made sure everything was working. Keith explained everything to me every step of the way. Keith made sure everything got done quickly to make sure we were able to have water back on that day. Would 100% recommend.
Got home at 6:00pm. Main drain to the street was clogged again with tree roots. Called Roto Rooter. Keith showed up in 15 minutes! Great guy! Friendly and knowledgeable. Job done in 20 minutes. He's a great representative of your company! Thanks Keith!
We were extremely happy with the work that Keith did for us. He was very knowledgeable about sump pumps and plumbing in general. He was hard working but could also joke a bit. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter and Keith again.
