1800 Heaters replaced our hot water heater and we had a great experience. Prior to installation, the customer service was very good. They were responsive and informative. Our installer was Orlando and he did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and completed the installation with no issues. Thank you to the company and Orlando!

This review is based on the 2 individuals I spoke to today (Laura & Andrew), they were the worst couple of customer service folks I've spoken too. Neither were interested in doing or saying things correctly. Perhaps they want to be fired instead of quitting, there was absolutely no reason to provide horrible service. I hope they find a job they love to do, this place is not a good fit for them.

My Technician today was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the installment of my water heater , awesome job Orlando C. And thank you.

Very nice installers and professional. They explained each form and took the steps to explain what they were doing. Mike was great.
