Nelson is very conscientious and competent. He explained everything clearly in advance. When he didn't have the requisite parts, he immediately ran out to buy the part, and returned expeditiously. He completed the project rapidly and competently. The project cost exactly what the pre-estimate had predicted so no surprises. We have been Rich's Plumbing customers for almost 30 years and always been very pleased with their service. We recommend them highly, and Nelson represents the company well.

I called Rich's Plumbing because my sink was backed up and couldn't resolve the problem on my own. I called in the morning and they were here 2 hours later, very prompt. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and performed the work right away, the problem was fixed within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I have had to call upon Rich's on more than one occasion. Fortunately, the staff at Rich's has always come through! During this recent heatwave a number of HVAC companies were not even able to accommodate next day service, Thomas (1 of Rich's great technicians) was able to come within hours and get the job done, as they have in the past.
