If you want the best the first time, they are the company to use. Do not look for places that are less money. You will spend that money and then call Gold Medal to repair, reinstall or service the problems you may have!! This is the best company and worth every penny. Peace of mind and people you can trust are priceless!

I moved into a retirement community 8 years ago and little to my knowledge found out that my air conditioning unit was over 30 years old. I had it replaced this year by Gold Medal and I am very happy with the work that was done. They are detailed in their explanations of their service and arrive on time. Dakota and Joseph were very helpful in explaining the overall makeup of the company. The company even sends a picture of the employee in an email to remind you of the appointment before they arrive so that you know who you will see that day. I highly recommend this company !

Making appointment was easy. John was great. Did a whole house plumbing inspection and repaired an outdoor leak. He explained everything to me. I was very satisfied with the technician, his work and the prompt service. Unfortunately, they are very high priced. I found out that I could have had the same work done for half the price. All in all I was very satisfied with the quality of service provided. I'm on a fixed income and don't know if I can afford them again. VERY HIGH PRICED!

Gold medal plumbing is fair honest and professional. I had a plumbing mystery and it took a few guys coming out but each one was so nice, professional and respectful...they exhausted all avenues to find out what the issue was and resolved it. I am so thankful!! I had another plumber that was ready to rip me off with no clue what was wrong and they saved me from disaster!
