Doctor Rooter Plumbing

My house had a water service line issue and we hired Doctor Rooter to repair it. They sent Kevin who was very professional and meticulous from the estimate visit to the work visit. He spent the time to diagnose the problem and explained to me what he felt the issue was and how he would approach resolving the issue. This company is fantastic. They are punctual and respectful of your time and are very reasonably priced. They are able to get you a quote quickly as well as schedule the repair day immediately. Other companies sometimes tell you that they cannot get to you for weeks. Even after the work was done, they cleaned up as best they could as if nothing was ever done. I highly recommend Kevin and Doctor Rooter. Call them and you will see the difference.

We had Dr Rooter install 100 ft BBQ line in the backyard, they were so professional. They gave us the best quote for the job and Kevin even showed ways to save considerable amount on the job, which was great. Dealing with the whole company from setting the appointments and inspections to having the finished project was a great experience, thank you DR Rooter.

Dr Rooter failed to unclog my drain. They advised I spend 4000 to replace all 65 feet of piping. Got a second opinion the next day. Roto Rooter unclogged my pipes for 300 and advised I switch to 1ply. If they weren't able to unclog it, they were going to replace THE SECTION OF PIPING THAT WAS CAUSING THE ISSUE. Not advise me to replace 65 feet.

We had Mark come out to fix a leaky, wobbly toilet. He arrived on time and was very kind and professional. Turned out to be a larger problem that he showed us and was able to fix at the same time. We plan to have more plumping work done and we will be calling them again for sure.
