I had a problem with my kitchen sink and my bedroom sink and Steve came out and gave me a quote and got started on the job right away. He was friendly and got the job done right away. I appreciated the job being completed right away since having a kitchen sink work is very important!!

Never trust this guy!! His words and promises are meaningless, and even a signed contract/proposal is apparently not sacred to him. He is also unreliable in returning calls on time. I had an agreement with him to replace a broken water line on my property, and on the very day he was scheduled to start the job he texted me to say that he had changed his mind and was withdrawing his proposal, leaving me stranded. The first excuse he made was implausible, nonsensical, and without merit - he had a concern that I would not pay him - until he eventually admitted to the real excuse; that he was losing money on the job. Then why sign the deal if it was a losing proposition? He should have walked away, instead of persuading me to sign with him and switch from another plumber from whom I had accepted a proposal. He then reneged on an agreement at the last second. REPREHENSIBLE!!
